Historic Avondale Bungalow

Design intent

Redesign a small Avondale Bungalow into a haven for aging in place for our client. Add an accessible master bathroom that could be en-suite, enlarge and create a work friendly kitchen, update the guest bathroom, remove a small secondary bedroom to create a larger living area.
